Title: German-Style Pasta W/sweet-Sour Dressing

1cRotini or other spiral
  Pasta, uncooked (about 4 oz)
2tsVegetable oil
4cCabbage, shredded red (12oz)
1tbSugar, packed brown
2tbVinegar, white
1/2tsCaraway seed
1/2tsSalt
  Fresh ground pepper
RCROCKETT

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook cabbage in oil 2 minutes, stirring

occasionally. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and caraway seed. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta; heat until hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
